I am 52 years old and believe age is only a number. Over the last twenty years I let myself fall into the poor nutrition and bad habit role gaining lots of weight and being lazy. Four years ago after my third back surgery I decided to make a healthy life style change through good nutrition and exercise. I have spent three years developing exercise program that helps me and my body as I age, which has led me to starting a Ninja Warrior Gym. I have found that using more full body exercises over specific weight training works better for keeping my body in shape.Obstacle training takes less time and has better results than lifting. I have lost over 40 lbs and feel that i am in better shape now than i ever have been. I decided to open a Ninja Gym so kids of all ages have the opportunity to learn how to be fit without having to go to a gym to work out, why not go to a gym to have fun instead and have the same results. I am here to show everyone that no matter your age you can be fit.

Ninja has changed my life building Strength and Confidence in myself. This was my drive for starting Four Star Ninja Academy with Brad. I want to share what I have learned and provide a fun yet challenging way to train for people of all ages and abilities. I have competed and a number of different ninja competitions gaining more experience at each one. I have had the pleasure of coaching kids and adults helping to develop skills they did not believe they had. The best part of Ninja is the sport and supportive community that comes with it.

Qualifications: NASM CPT, Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Bio: I am blessed to be pursuing and working in my dream career field. It’s easy for me to have a great day everyday when I get to work with people who learn to love fitness as much as I do. My goal with training is to first teach you that it can be fun while still crushing your workouts.
I have over 4 years of experience with training in both the college and in a group/one on one training setting. I have my bachelors degree in exercise science and am a certified personal trainer through NASM. I have trained college athletes, older populations, and specialize in weight loss.
