BENEFITS OF NINJA TRAINING
- Perseverance: Ninja obstacles are not easily done on the first try, you will learn how to fall and get back up to try again.
- Spatial Awareness: By learning how to understand obstacles, they must understand where it is in comparison to their body. We will teach you the body control to conquer not only in the gym, but in daily life.
- Balance: When it comes to hanging on bars and ropes core strength and balance play a huge role on our obstacles. It will quickly improve their strength and coordination.
- Agility: Not only does agility play an important role in sports like football and hockey, it is also key to preventing injury. Increasing joint strength.

Our Minis will learn to build body awareness and strength using a combination of upper body and lower body obstacles.

Coaches will teach Kids the fundamentals of ninja. Coaching them on all the movements used to complete the obstacles.

Beginner Ninja Classes are offered Mondays from 5pm-6pm / 6pm-7pm, Wednesdays 3pm-4pm and Fridays from 4pm-5pm.
Coaches train ninjas on a variety of agility, balance, and upper body obstacles. Helping them improve their strength and body control.

Competiton Teams
What is competition team?
Our competition team class is to prepare you for the sport of ninja. Competitions are held locally, regionally, and nationally. Team practices are fun, fast-paced, and constantly changing. Ninja is a fast-growing sport with a supportive community. Athletes will gain strength and confidence as they overcome new obstacles and reach new goals.
Who qualifies for Competition Team?
Ninjas qualify for competition team through level testing or coach evaluation. Competition Team is an additional cost on top of a membership. The fees cover the cost of coaches and class programming. Coaching is also provided for a number of competitions regionally and nationally.

Perfect for those interested in learning more about ninja competitions. Athletes will learn how to improve their speed and strength while practicing obstacles. We will practice full courses with multiple obstacles to prepare them for ninja competitions.
